Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern sales made on the Aïntab website between the seller and any individual buyer.

1. Scope

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Aïntab offers a selection of fine halal Turkish groceries. Photos are not contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros incl. tax, excluding shipping fees billed separately.

4. Order

The order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the buyer.

5. Payment

Secure card payment through our provider Shopify Payments. No banking data is stored by Aïntab.

6. Delivery

Shipping within 48-72 working hours across France and Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands).

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. For other items, the buyer has 14 days.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from legal conformity and hidden-defects warranties.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts.
